Regardless of the products spilled, TCCI has the trained and experienced staff to respond with the right equipment for your job. We can complete the clean-up, loading, hauling, and disposal of the spilled products. We can also complete final site restoration.

LOAD ADJUSTMENTS & LOAD REDUCTIONS
Rail cars and semi-trailers must be appropriately balanced and securely fastened for safe and legal transportation. Loads may need to be adjusted if they have shifted during transport and become dangerous, or loads may need to be reduced if too much product is loaded or for other reasons.
At TCCI, we have experience safely adjusting and properly securing various types loads to minimize damage and mitigate hazards. We also have experience reducing loads of excess product and transferring it to another car or storage facility or to a disposal location. We own and operate multiple types of equipment often required for load adjustments and load reductions including excavators, skid steers, forklifts, boom trucks, vacuum trucks, conveyor, dump trailers, dump truck, low-pressure steam unit, etc.

YARD & TRACK CLEANING, LAND CLEARING
TCCI assists railroad engineering and operations departments by utilizing both a yard cleaner and hi-rail vacuum trucks to cleanup commodities spilled during normal switching operations. We help eliminate slip, trip, and fall hazards as well as improve day-to-day yard conditions for safe track inspections and work.

SPILL RESPONSE & CLEAN UP
While most spills are preventable, if the unexpected occurs, it’s important to act fast and take action to reduce or prevent damage to people, property, and the environment.
At TCCI, we been providing spill response and clean up services to various industries, including the pipeline industry for more than 25 years and the railroad industry for approximately 5 years. Our specialized training, years of experience, and knowledge of working on right-of-ways and public roads allow us to work safely and efficiently to clean up spills. Regardless of the products spilled, we have the trained staff and the right equipment for your job.

TRACK MAINTENANCE
Railroad track maintenance involves regular inspections, repairs, and upkeep to ensure safe and efficient train operations. At TCCI, we have been providing limited track maintenance such as crossing improvements, tie replacements, shaping and profiling ballast, and fixing drainage issues over the last 5 years. While many contractors may think certain projects are too small, we welcome small projects as opportunities to demonstrate competence, build credibility, and to contribute to overall growth and development.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT
TCCI takes pride in owning the equipment it takes to get the job done. Our fleet of heavy equipment includes excavators, skid steers, boom trucks, rough terrain crane, vacuum trucks, hydrovacs, dozers, semis and lowboys, dump trucks and trailers, water trucks, wheel loaders, service trucks, aerial lifts, welding rigs, tractors, frac tanks, and much more. With a strong leadership team, two Midwest locations, and a large fleet of heavy equipment, we have what it takes to get the job done right.

RELIABLE TRUCKING
With a focus on safety and efficiency, we also own our own semis and lowboys and employ CDL drivers to haul our equipment and freight to job sites, reducing or eliminating the need for 3rd party trucking services.

TRUCK & CRANE MATS
We also maintain large inventories of truck, composite, and crane mats to create access and temporary roads, reduce ground pressure, and protect the environment by providing a solid foundation for construction equipment.
