Soil Remediation
Soil remediation projects aim to clean up contaminated soil by removing or reducing pollutants with the goal to restore the soil to a safe and usable condition, protecting human health and the environment.
At TCCI, we have experience providing remediation services across several industries, including pipelines and terminals, railroads, and industrial plants. We understand each location requires unique execution plans, and we have the knowledge, experience, skills, staff, and equipment to provide safe and effective remediation services in a variety of settings.
EROSION CONTROL & STORMWATER SOLUTIONS
Erosion control projects involve measures to prevent soil erosion and sediment runoff, including techniques like erosion control blankets, sediment basins, and vegetation buffers, to protect water quality, ecosystems, and infrastructure.
At TCCI, we understand how crucial erosion control is for the long-term stability and sustainability of construction projects and other land-disturbing activities. Some of our erosion control services include soil stabilization, erosion control matting and blankets, hydroseeding, silt fencing, wattles, riprap, and much more.
VACUUM TRUCK & HYDROVAC SERVICES
We own and operate our own fleet of vacuum trucks and hydrovacs to safely provide a wide range of routine, complex, and specialized services across several industries. Services include non-destructive excavating, daylighting, potholing, and cleaning up and recovering a full spectrum of materials from solids and dry powders, to liquids, slurries, and thick sludge.
INDUSTRIAL CLEANING
Industrial cleaning goes beyond general janitorial services. It involves specialized equipment and cleaning methods to address the unique challenges of industrial environments to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiencies.
At TCCI, we have professionally trained and experienced staff along with state-of-the-art equipment to provide complete industrial cleaning services of tanks, pipelines, railcars, and much more. We also have the capabilities to complete cleanings from manways and by Confined Space Entry (CSE).
DEMOLITION SERVICES
Demolition encompasses the controlled dismantling and removal of structures, ranging from entire buildings to smaller components, and often includes debris removal, site restoration, or site preparation.
TCCI is experienced in the safe demolition of buildings and structures including the removal of hazardous materials like underground storage tanks or contaminated soil. We follow customer and regulatory requirements and look for opportunities to recycle demolition materials like concrete and steel.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
TCCI recognizes that waste management is a big part of nearly every project we do. From start to finish, we are committed to providing quality services in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our team and minimizes our impact on the environment. TCCI is now offering waste management as a stand-alone service line within our company. We are committed to preventing pollution, reducing waste through reuse and recycling programs, utilizing best management practices, and properly managing, handling, storing, and disposing of wastes.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT
TCCI takes pride in owning the equipment it takes to get the job done. Our fleet of heavy equipment includes excavators, skid steers, boom trucks, rough terrain crane, vacuum trucks, hydrovacs, dozers, semis and lowboys, dump trucks and trailers, water trucks, wheel loaders, service trucks, aerial lifts, welding rigs, tractors, frac tanks, and much more. With a strong leadership team, two Midwest locations, and a large fleet of heavy equipment, we have what it takes to get the job done right.
RELIABLE TRUCKING
With a focus on safety and efficiency, we also own our own semis and lowboys and employ CDL drivers to haul our equipment and freight to job sites, reducing or eliminating the need for 3rd party trucking services.
TRUCK & CRANE MATS
We also maintain large inventories of truck, composite, and crane mats to create access and temporary roads, reduce ground pressure, and protect the environment by providing a solid foundation for construction equipment.
