PIPELINE & FACILITY MAINTENANCE, CONSTRUCTION, & MODIFICATIONS

PIPELINE INTEGRITY PROGRAMS, PIPELINE ANOMALY REPAIRS

Maintaining pipeline integrity is crucial for public safety, environmental protection, and the reliable operation of the energy infrastructure. When anomalies are discovered, we have the experience, training, and equipment required to address the defects that pose a threat to the pipeline’s integrity. We can execute the repair from beginning to end, including site preparation, excavating, removing coating, sandblasting, welding sleeves, recoating, backfilling, and site restoration. We can also handle cut outs and replacement projects from start to finish.

WELDING & FABRICATION

TCCI offers a wide array of pipeline welding and fabrication services, including new construction and in-service welding, both on location or within one of our climate control shops. Our fabrication services include, but are not limited to: meter skids, pig launchers and receivers, piping manifolds, valve settings, and much more.

HYDRO-EXCAVATING & VAUCUM TRUCK SERVICES

We own and operate our own fleet of vacuum trucks and hydrovacs to safely provide a wide range of routine, complex, and specialized services across several industries. Services include hydro-excavating, daylighting, potholing, and removing, recovering, and cleaning up a full spectrum of materials from solids and dry powders, to liquids, slurries, and thick sludge.

PAINTING & COATING, CORROSION CONTROL

At TCCI, we understand paint/coating is a critical step in protecting and maintaining the integrity of pipelines and facilities. Whether it’s in the field or within one of our climate-controlled shops, our highly trained and qualified teams can apply advanced protective systems, satisfying extensive product, industry, and client requirements.
